Sue me! (Don’t).
I have an Amazon Prime account. I’ve been spoiled with nearly a year’s worth of two-day shipping, Prime shopping holidays and extra perks, all in the good name of spending money I don’t have.
With Amazon adding all of these incredible features that one would not expect from an Amazon.com, such as grocery delivery and video streaming services, I’ve been shopping on the platform for more than just a new pair of headphones to use on my commute. I’ve purchased clothes, furniture, makeup, kitchen appliances, books and more. One category that made it to the list was home decor.
As I’ve said a few times in my recent posts, at the beginning of 2018, I moved into a new apartment with a ton of furniture and a ton of empty wall space. I was on the hunt for pretty, but cheap, wall decor to fill the gaps. Everything was so expensive for anything larger than a 2×2 square canvas. Bed Bath & Beyond, Wayfair, you name it. I wasn’t about to drop $100+ on a piece that I knew I would want to change in a year. I figured I would try Amazon, my go-to for literally everything else in my life, and what do you know? I found some cool stuff.
Nice, right? This is over my couch in my living room. It really wasn’t hard to hang and line up, either.
Pretty detailed for something that came from Amazon. Here’s the link to the 5-piece canvas print. I chose the smallest option at $45.66, which ended up being the perfect size choice for my couch and living space.
After one successful wall decor purchase via the e-commerce platform that never seems to stop, I decided that I would try and find something to hang over my bed that would look both aesthetically pleasing and match my semi-bland color scheme I have going on in my room. Obviously, Amazon found me the perfect one. Enjoy this funny Instagram story of the wall art:
Sorry I don’t have a regular picture. Honestly, I couldn’t have found more perfect wall art to put over my bed. The beige, brown and grey color scheme matches my room perfectly and it’s simplistic. This one was $42.99. There are a ton of options to choose from, too. Here’s the link to buy one of your own.
